The rooms have ancient exposed stone walls and wooden beams maintained during the restoraOon, polished and clean for a greater well-being of the guests. The rooms have always fresh air thanks to the ancient materials that are made of; in addiction, all rooms are equipped with guest-adjustable air conditioning.

Betulla

“Betulla”, an extremely bright room, is the perfect choice for those who love the morning light. This room has a balcony inside the courtyard.

Faggio

The perfect room to enjoy your stay with your children! A large room with two modern skylights which give the place a relaxed atmosphere.

Abete

A lovely nest with a view of the inner terrace perfect for those who love to peek out quickly in the morning while dreaming about breakfast.

All guests have access to the shared kitchen: as usual, breakfast will be made available so that everyone can manage it in freedom, always respecting the environment and other guests of Seme di Faggio.

Every morning Seme di Faggio will welcome you with a filling breakfast made up of products coming from local sources such as small farms that we support and that you will be able to taste yourself.

Seme di Faggio comes from a memory: the memory of grandparents’ house where the owner Sara spent her holidays as a child. Driven by the desire to keep alive the memory, Sara decided to open her grandparents’ house to people who want to know better her beloved lake, giving them the opportunity to spend a few days in the rooms of her small holiday home.

So, she decided to carry out a conservative restoration to create a place where the comforts of a modern structure and the originality of the materials of her grandparents’ house melt together.

Exposed brickwork, wooden beams, stone, metal and glass are the materials used to accomplish the concept of a welcoming and experiential place.

Each room has special scents thanks to diffusing tools with natural essences (supplied by InEstasy).

Amazing guest house in a beautiful historic building in a beautiful town. Cold rooms in the heat of the summer. Nice and friendly host. Lovely restaurants nearby. The perfect summer stay 🙂

Un posto meraviglioso, incredibile.... Arredi da sogno, pulizia impeccabile, colazione sana ed abbondante. Sara, la "signora del castello" è simpaticissima e molto, molto disponibile. Consiglieremo questo posto incantevole a chiunque voglia stare in una favola. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Camera molto carina confortevole e soprattutto pulita con un'attenzione particolare..colazione top con prodotti artigianali squisiti e a km 0..inoltre un grazie a Sara per simpatia, accoglienza e per averci custodito le ns. biciclette. K&M da Lecco

Siamo stati 4 notti al seme di Faggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è ben ristrutturata, con camere nuove e ben organizzate ricavate da una vecchia casa contadina con corte interna. Posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la zona che va dal Lago d’Orta al Lago Maggiore, a massimo 30-40 minuti da ogni attrazione turistica. Colazione dolce abbondante e buona, diversi ristoranti vicini a pochi minuti di auto, in un paese accogliente con un bel parco giochi e un parcheggio comodo. É un B&B veramente perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi accolti. Sara ci ha ospitato in questo bellissimo cortile d'epoca proprio al centro del borgo vecchio di Miasino, silenzioso e caratteristico. Le camere sono incantevoli: soffitti di legno, letti molto comodi e balconcini che danno sul cortile. La mattina ci ha fatto trovare una colazione dolce completa di prodotti freschi locali. La sua simpatia e la sua energia si sentono, i luoghi li fanno le persone e noi qui abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo.

L'inaspettato nel inaspettabile. Una bolla di unicità in un paese dalle fattezze molto storiche legato al territorio. All'apparenza distante da tutto ma in realtà vicino a tutto, dalle bellezze territoriali ai vizi enogastronomici.
